OK...Me and Lauren are looking for bass guitarists and drummers. Maybe a keyboarder if her sister won't do it. So if you guys know any that aren't already in a band and would want to be to e-mail us so I can see if their what were lookin for. then we'll have them audition. Sooo...THANKS! TOUR!!!

SOOO...As most of you already know, I have been in CALIFORNIA the past week, and I just barely got home last night at like 11! Here's how it went down.

Day 1
We left Monday morning at 6:15 AM to go to the airport. Our flight left at 8:40 AM and was quite peaceful! We arrived at Long Beach Airport at 9:40 AM and chilled there for an hour or so. Then we went to the Santa Monica mall/pier and performed. After that, we just hung out at the beach until like 5, then headed back to the hotel and chilled, swam, and talked.

Day 2
Tuesday we went to Universal Studios! My favorite rides were the Mummy, Jurassic Park, The Simpsons ride, and the Studio Tour (it was funner than I thought it would be!). The shows I liked were the Waterworld show and the Fear Factor Live show.

Day 3
Six Flags Baby! It was over 100` like all day and one of the water rides was shut down! But we lived. I'm here typing this aren't I? Well yea we performed on the HOTTEST stage I think I've ever danced on. But I had a BLAST! After, we went to In & Out Burgers and I got a really yummy chocolate shake. Then we went and chilled at the hotel again. I went swimming that day, and got pushed in by Tyler. Haha, thanks Tyler! Just kidding. But today there was alot of drama in my group, and I mean ALOT. It's called "third day drama" and it hit all of us. dang!

Day 4
On this day, the Young Americans (4-6th grade group) went home and we performed at an old folks home and then went to eat at Subway and then we went swimming again. Again, there was alot of drama.

Day 5
The last full day--Knottsberry Farm! Again, it was over 100` all day but we dealed with it by keepin' cool on the rides! My favorites were X-celleration, Montezuma's Revenge, Jaguar, and the Silver Bullet. They were so much fun! The performance today was probably the best I think we've ever done! Our teacher was talking to us before we went on and he was saying, "You guys, I've seen the awesome stuff you can do and I haven't really been feeling it this week. I know you can do better!" so that made us work as hard as we could for him! Other than that, MORE DRAMA.

Day 6
The Last day to an AWESOME tour! Today we had NO performance and we checked out of our hotel and then headed over to Santee Alley for SHOPPING!!! I think I got the best deals I've ever gotten shopping. And when we went back to the bus to go to the airport, I still had $21 left and more energy, I could have kept going! Yea it was hot, but getting new stuff was totally worth walking around outside for 4 hours!
Funny story...you know that kid Reginald* I like? Well. He spent the week in Washington with his family and I texted him a few times off my friend's phone. When we got to the airport in CA, I was sitting kinda by the bathrooms and I heard someone say "Haylee!...Hey!" and I looked up and HE WAS RIGHT THERE! So I sat there staring at him for a few seconds and then I finally said "Hi!". Then he walked into the bathroom and like all my friends came up to me and were all "Hey who was that!?!?" and "Haylee, Hes hott!" and all that and I was just like "That's *Reginald! He is hott isn't he?" Haha it was really funny! And he was even on my flight! Yea it was really ironic!

That's what I've been up to the past week and I'm going to miss all the people in X-Plosion, Elite, Attitude, and Young Americans! Heck, I'm going to miss EVERYONE!

Swimming, Swimming and More Swimming

Well Swimming has started and I'm loving every min. of it! Yesterday was the start of morning practice and I got up at 5:45am and went to the Treehouse with my mom so she could coach her triathalon class. Then at 7 my workout started! I was crankin it! Heh, but I'm so glad I have swimming to last me through the summer because it is one of my absoulute favorite things to do! Last night was our first meet with PepperWood and we probably lost but I swam

I think I've never been more challenged. IM, Back and Fly were all like 10 events apart and it was hard to catch my breath before the next event. But, in all my racing, I dropped 3 sec. off my IM time, 3 off my Back time, but gained 1 on my fly. I think this was a good first meet.

So Far...

Well as of right now...it's a really sucky day.
First, I had to mow the WHOLE lawn. Believe me, it's big.
Then, I come in to talk to my hottness, but my dad tells me I have to drag the mower back into the shed. I tried, believe me. But I couldn't get it in, so i went to get the bags full of grass.
Then I was talking to my lover, but it's been costing him to text me (because I don't have a phone, he's been texting my email=internet=$$) so I can't talk to him for a while unless I text him. So then I asked my dad/mom if I could get a phone sometime this summer and they told me I need a DECENT reason. As If! Isn't the need to talk to important people a decent reason? I also threw in that I'm going alot of places this summer and might need a phone. Then they said that I will have access to them if I absolutely need it, because EVERYONE HAS A PHONE NOWADAYS. Except me that is.
Well after this argument, I'm in the midst of a couple big fights.
One, my best friend is mad at me because she thinks I did something bad, but I didn't because it is SICK and WRONG! And she thinks that I'm like best friends with this other girl that she doesn't like, I mean, hates because during the year, this other girl has done some ruthless things to us. But, the girl was being nice to me yesterday so I didn't want to ruin it and scoff at her, so I was nice back. But she 'latched' onto me again-she does this every time! And I don't really want to be her best friend because she will burn both of us (me and my best friend) again. So I dont' know what to do about this!
Second, my best friend and my other friend are fighting because of a reason I really don't know. I mean, COME ON GIRLS! It's summer! No more school! You guys are really driving me up the wall! Let it go! Whatever you guys did to make eachother mad, just forget about it and don't do it again! CHILL!
I am so sick of girl fights. They are mean, ruthless, lying, stupid fights. If you really think back on why you are so mad, it probably isn't a really good reason! And Sam, it's becoming hard to be your best friend because of these reasons! I still LOVE you to DEATH! But I really just want all the immature, stupid fighting to stop! We're moving up a grade, and that means a CLEAN SLATE! PLEASE!?!?
Anyways, Yea. This is not a good day for me.

OH MY CODFISH!

OK I'M really having a moment. LIKE I was bawling when our principal was like "SCHOOLS OUT!" and I stayed like an hour after school ended because I was crying and giving people hugs and then guess what. HE HUGGED ME four times! I was really happy but then sad because --sniff-- He can't hug me anymore!!! ]': I was crying and you don't want to see me cry because I have a REALLY ugly crying face. yea well i LOVE YOU ALL AND I HOPE YOU HAVE THE BESTEST SUMMER EVER!

Ok today was field day and tomorrow is the real true last day of school! Today when we were saying good byes (sam's last day was today--she's going to St. George) i was about to CRY! Like, I really had to swallow that huge lump in my throat, the kind you get when you're called a brat by your best friend. And I almost had tears in my eyes. Tomorrow is going to be so hard! and I hope reginald* gives me a hug tomorrow. Or talkes to me. Either one will work. But Oh My Codfish I'm going to break out in tears tomorrow! Like because most of my friends are older (ninth) and their all going to high school. I'm really going to have a moment tomorrow...

Aw Crap.

Well, I know it may SEEM that I'm just copying everyone and writing about the end of school but...well I just have to say this! I'm kinda sad that school is ending! I, unlike most of everyone who actually goes to a NORMAL school, get out on Friday. Lame Huh? Well yea, I mean, sure I HATE the work portion, but pretty much my entire life is school! I mean, I spend almost my whole life there! Heh, but it's true! And I'm really going to miss all of my friends over the summer and especially my 9th grade friends that are movin' on up to HIGH SCHOOL! I'm SO happy for them, High School is ALOT better than Jr. High, but I'm REALLY going to miss seeing them in the halls and orchestra and lunch and assemblys all the time! I'm also going to miss my friends that aren't going back to APA next year. As far as I know, none of my seriously close friends aren't leaving--at least no one has told me if they are--but IF they do leave, I will miss them! AAAAAAND 'Reginald' isn't going to my High School and I won't see him anymore! That is probably one of the biggest reasons that I'm sad this year is coming to an end. I LOVE ALL OF YOU AND I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GOOD SUMMER!!!
